Paxton & Whitfield Stilton PDO 250g: Our creamy mellow Stilton will fill the mouth with flavour but not be overpowering. The pleasant herby tang of the blue veining contrasts nicely with the rich creamy character of the paste.

Montgomery's Cheddar 250g: A handmade Westcountry Farmhouse Cheddar with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Berkswell 250g: Made in the style of a Pyrenean cheese, This exquisite, British, hard sheep's milk cheese is simultaneously nutty, savoury and fruity.

Tunworth 250g: One of the best British soft cheeses in production - with dozens of awards to prove it - twice winning Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. Its rind is bloomy and thin with a very subtle bite. A hand ladled, soft and creamy cows milk cheese from Hampshire - presented in an attractive poplar box.

Golden Cross 225g: Award winning British Goats' milk cheese - made by Kevin & Alison Blunt of Golden Cross cheese in East Sussex.

All Paxton & Whitfield deliveries are packaged with 100% sheeps’ wool insulation and reusable icepacks and send on an overnight delivery service for an impressive and fresh arrival.

Due to a shortage in British Goats cheeses this year, we may need to sub Golden Cross for an equally delicious British Goats cheese.
